You are Worthy!

11 10 2009

Do not undermine your worth by comparing yourself with others. It is because we are different. Do not set your goals by what other people deem important. Only you know what is best for you. Do not take for granted the things closest to your heart. Cling to them as you would your life, for without them, life is meaningless. Do not let your life slip through your fingers by living in the past nor for the future. By living your life one day at a time, you live all the days of your life. Do not give up when you still have something to give. Nothing is really over until the moment you stop trying. It is a fragile thread that binds us to each other. Do not be afraid to encounter risks. It is by taking chances that we learn how to be brave. Do not shut love out of your life by saying it is impossible to find. The quickest way to receive love is to give love. The fastest way to lose love is too hold it too tightly. In addition, the best way to keep love is to give it wings. Do not dismiss your dreams. To be without dreams is to be without hope; To be without hope is to be without purpose. Do not run through life so fast that you forget not only where you have been, but also where you are going. Life is not a race, but a journey to be savored each step of the way.

Dreams

11 09 2009

Don’t ever stop dreaming your dreams
they’re a very essential part of you.
Do whatever you can to make them
a reality by the course you take.
The plans you make and all the things you do.
Don’t dwell on past mistakes
leave yesterday behind you.
Along with any of its problems, worries and doubts.
Do realize you can’t change the past,
but just ahead is the future
And you can do something about that.
Don’t try to accomplish everything at once
life can be difficult enough.
Without adding frustration to the list.
Do travel one step at a time.
And reach for one goal at a time.
That’s the way to find out what real accomplishment is.
Don’t be afraid to do the impossible.
Even if others don’t think you’ll succeed.
Do remember that history is filled with incredible accomplishments.
Of those who were foolish enough to believe.
Don’t forget that there are so many things that are wonderful
Rare and unique about you.
And …
Do remember that if you can search within and find a smile That smile will always be a reflection of the way people feel About you.

11 Life Rules

8 09 2009

RULE 1
Life is not fair – get used to it.

RULE 2
The world won’t care about your self-esteem. The world
will expect you to accomplish something BEFORE you feel
good about yourself.

RULE 3
You will NOT make 40 thousand dollars a year right out
of high school. You won’t be a vice president with a car phone, until you earn both.

RULE 4
If you think your teacher is tough, wait till you get a
boss. She/He doesn’t have tenure.

RULE 5
Flipping burgers is not beneath your dignity. Your
grandparents had a different word for burger flipping
– they called it opportunity.

RULE 6
If you mess up, it’s not your parents’ fault, so don’t
whine about your mistakes, learn from them.

RULE 7
Before you were born, your parents weren’t as boring as
they are now. They got that way from paying your bills, cleaning your clothes and listening to you talk about how cool you are. So before you save the rain forest from the
parasites of your parent’s generation, try delousing
the closet in your own room.

RULE 8
Your school may have done away with winners and losers,
but life has not. In some schools they have abolished
failing grades and they’ll give you as many times as
you want to get the right answer. This doesn’t bear the slightest resemblance to ANYTHING in real life.

RULE 9
Life is not divided into semesters. You don’t get
summers off and very few employers are interested in
helping you find yourself. Do that on your own time.

RULE 10
Television is NOT real life! In real life people
actually have to leave the coffee shop and go to jobs.

RULE 11
Be nice to nerds. Chances are you’ll end up working
for one.

Recognizing success

4 09 2009

Not everyone recognizes success when they see it. I can remember the story of a fellow who was caught in a flood. As he stood on his front porch watching the waters rush by, a boat came along and offered him a ride.

“No thanks,” he said ” The lord will take care of me.”

A bit later he was on the roof and another boat came by. Again offered a ride, he gave the same answer. In a short time, he was standing on top of chimney and this time a helicopter tried to save him. Same answer. He drawned.

Upon arriving at the pearly gates, dripping wet and sputtering, he asked why his prayers had not been answered.

The lord looked at him with a puzzled expression and said,” I sent you two boats and a helicopter.”

So friends, when checking progress, the good news is finding out what needs something done about it. The bad news is that something has to be done about it.

So do recognize your success or you will be a man mentioned above.

Hello world!

31 08 2009

Who doesn’t want to have Elixir of Life and Philosopher’s Stone? Elixir of Life that cures all illness and keeps us from growing old and Philosopher’s stone that can transfer metal into gold. I have heard that the Alchemist dedicated their entire lives to the purification of metal in their laboratories; they believed that, if a metal were heated for many years, it would free itself of all its individual properties, and what was left would be the soul of the world. This soul of world allowed them to understand anything on the face of the earth, because it is the language which all the things communicate. They called that discovery the Master work and it was part liquid and part solid. The alchemist spends years in their laboratories, observing the fire that purified the metals. They spent so much time close to the fire that gradually makes them give up the vanities of the world. They discovered that the purification of the metals led to purification of themselves. As said, alchemy is a serious discipline. Every step has to be followed exactly as it was followed by the master. So by reading all about the Alchemist, I also made up my mind to be Alchemist, I also had desire to get Elixir of Life and Philosopher’s stone. So in my search, I found that Alchemy could be learned in ones daily life. I started collecting the world that Alchemist has learned in their life and tried to implement them. For me anyone who has succeeded in their life is Alchemist, as they to work hard for their goal Elixir of life and Philosopher’s stone and share that with us. The name ranges for Alexander the great to unlimited names who worked burnt themselves and got Elixir of Life and Philosopher’s stone. So they have always been my inspirations. So I have started writing this blog especially to inspire the people so that they can be also Alchemist and lead their life and one day discover Elixir of life and Philosopher’s stone that they can share with other fellowmen.
